*Please note this banner is 80cm long by 10cm wide, with the text printed across a 50cm area in the middle, and 15cm either side of the text left blank to allow you to pin or tie the banner up.

Black, purple and royal blue banners will have silver text as standard, the rest are black as default.
Returns
Non personalised items can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days if you change your mind. Please include your invoice and write a note on it stating the reason for returning the product.
Personalised items cannot be returned to us, unless there is a fault or mistake - if this is the case, please do send us an email first so we can help fix any problems for you - our email is sales@myprettylittlegifts.co.uk
Delivery
All of our orders are handmade and posted within 24 hours from our studio in Lancashire, UK.
Our free postage option is First Class delivery, so after we post it should only take 1-2 days to reach you.
We offer a Two Day or Next Day delivery service at the checkout for last minute gifts! Please order before 2pm Monday - Friday for same day dispatch.
