Non personalised items can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days if you change your mind. Please include your invoice and write a note on it stating the reason for returning the product.

Delivery
All of our orders are handmade and posted within 24 hours from our studio in Lancashire, UK.
Our free postage option is First Class delivery, so after we post it should only take 1-2 days to reach you.
We offer a Two Day or Next Day delivery service at the checkout for last minute gifts! Please order before 2pm Monday - Friday for same day dispatch.
